Sofia Pinheiro
Facilitator and Innovation Consultant
With over 10 years of experience in brand, service design, and strategy, I’ve worked with startups, businesses and growing teams to turn “we’re figuring it out” into “this feels like us”. Whether through a co-creation workshop, a strategic sprint, or ongoing advisory, I bring clarity, structure, and energy to moments of change.

My background? A Master’s in Service System Design. Certified in Design Thinking and collaboration. A mix of brand and marketing. International experience in Portuguese, English, German and Italian. But more than anything: I’m a curious, systems-minded thinker who’s obsessed with making things make sense (and making the process enjoyable along the way).
I’m wired to initiate, experiment, and guide. I love to look at the big picture and find the blind spots.
